Refund Policy


Shipping for returns and refunds:

The buyer is responsible for paying any shipping costs to return or exchange an item.

Shipping is non-refundable. Therefore if you receive a refund, your shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. 

If your order states on our delivery service that the products have been delivered. we are unable to resend or refund you.

Non-Refundable items:

Any sale item.

Any personalised product.

Bespoke items.

Returns & Refunds:

We do accept returns within 28 days of purchase.

To be eligible for this item, the products must be returned in perfect condition unused and free from any dog hair, marks, and in the same condition you received it in.

The buyer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once the item has been returned and we have checked over ensuring it's in perfect condition, we will then email you to let you know if you have been approved for a refund. If so, you will then be refunded to your original payment method. Please note: this may take 3-5 working days. If you receive a refund, the shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges:

If you are needing to exchange an item for a bigger/smaller size, we ask for you to return the item.

Once we have received this, we will check over to ensure the product is in perfect condition. We will then refund you and ask that you re-order in the size you require.

Please note: that we can not be held responsible if we no longer have the product that you wished for in your size.

It's entirely your choice to re-order before sending back the other item. But the original item will be refunded once we have the product back and have checked it over.

The buyer is responsible to pay the postage to return the item

If you receive a refund, the shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery and Shipping: 

We aim to deliver your order within 7 - 10 days, however, delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

We will send an email once your order has been dispatched. We try to dispatch your order within 24 hours of purchase; however, if the fabric needs to be ordered in this may take 1 week. 

Should you need any further delivery and shipping information, please contact us either through phone or email. Please make sure you provide the correct mailing address as we will not be responsible for any mistakes made on your PayPal account.

International Postage:

We can not be held responsible for any customs charges, import taxes, and delays from customs.
